Service Description

PLEASE READ. Book a jewelry consultation if interested in getting custom pieces like pendants, engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, and etc. This appointment is free of charge. At the appointment we will discuss your design in detail and start a mock up for your approval. Once we agree on the direction of the project. We will provide a quote and ask for a deposit of $500 and begin creating a 3 dimensional file for your project. $500 is our minimum for custom work and all deposits are non-refundable. The 3D mock up takes 1-2 weeks to complete and then we will ask for a second approval. Once we agree on the final mock up we will print and begin project after the remainder of your balance has been paid in full. Booking this appointment is agreeing to the process listed above and our non-negotiable no refund policy.
