This is what you should know and some things we need to know to make a masterpiece:
 
How long does it take?
 
We are knocking out projects at our best turnout rate in years! Allow 2 weeks to make your custom pendant following design approval for gold orders and 4 weeks for diamond orders. We get busy during peak gift giving season so plan ahead. 
 
What is the process?
 
Step One: Schedule a free virtual jewelry consultation on rgjewersco.com
 
Step Two: After we go through all of your options, we will walk you through purchasing your item online. You also have the option of coming into the store to purchase. 
 
Step Three: Once we receive payment, we will send you a CAD file representing a 3D mock-up of your pendant/charm/medallion. You have unlimited revisions so don't rush. Let's get it right and make a package. The best way to create something timeless is for the artist and muse to be on the same page. Once you approve we will begin and in 2 weeks (4 weeks for diamond orders) or less your pendant will be ready for pick-up or shipping. 
 
Step Four: When shipping, keep in mind that items must be insured at the cost you paid for the item. Packages will also require signature from the postal company The cost of insurance varies by the total cost of your order.
 
Note: In the case that a package is lost or stolen during a delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service and insurance company. Keep in mind that disputes can take several months to be resolved. Once we receive payment from the insurance company we will make you a new piece. To prevent this issue, verify that the address you want your package delivered to is a trusted location that you have access to for signature. Track your package using the tracking number provided to you from us via email. 
 
What size is your piece?
 
We begin manufacturing pieces at 1x1 inches and they can weigh up to 10 grams. Online we have options up to 5x5 inches that weigh up to 75 grams. We have broken our options into different sizes to help guide you one what the potential cost is.
 
What color and kt gold would you like?
 
We offer yellow, white and rose gold in 10k, 14k, 18k, and 22k. All pieces come directly from my work shop with our signature on the back.
 
What is the difference between natural diamonds and certified natural diamonds?
 
Natural diamonds are created under the pressure of earth's crust over millions of years, then they are mined, cut, and polished. Certified natural diamonds have been analyzed and studied by an authenticated by a gemologist, preferably under contract of the Gemology Institute of America.
 
 
Do you make using silver, gold plating, or lab diamonds?
 
No.
